What does a "credit" mean on WidelAI?
Credits are our unified currency across all AI models. Each model has separate input and output rates — output tokens cost more because they require more computation. For example, sending 1K tokens to GPT-5.4 costs 0.50 credits, while receiving 1K tokens back costs 3.00 credits. Lightweight models like GPT-5 nano cost as little as 0.01 credits per 1K input tokens.
Can I change my plan anytime?
Yes! You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Changes take effect immediately, and we'll prorate any billing differences.
What happens if I run out of credits?
When you run out of credits, you can purchase additional credits or upgrade your plan. We'll never charge you unexpectedly - you're always in control. We're also working on a Credits feature coming soon that will give you even more flexibility in managing and topping up your balance.
Do unused credits roll over?
Monthly/Yearly plan credits reset each month/year, but any additional credits you purchase separately will roll over and never expire.
